Boost reservations, activation and refunds

Save your Boost intake with an approved CV and review the terms before paying £5. This reservation does not activate Boost. Your current plan stays available during the 24–48-hour suitability review.

If unsuitable, your £5 is refunded. If approved, you receive an activation invitation. Review and accept the exact balance before activating. The £5 counts towards the first £99 month. Eligible unused Plus or Pro value is deducted in your upgrade quote.

Your Boost month starts only after successful activation payment. Subsequent months renew at £99 until cancelled under your agreed terms. Invitations remain open until cancellation.

If your bank requests verification, use the payment verification button in SPP Boost. Check status before retrying an uncertain payment. Do not pay twice.
